Busy making Marmalade and Lemon Curd

It's been a busy week, so I'm showing you the cooking I did the other week :-)

Our lovely neighbour gave me a bag of lemons.

So I cut them up.

Added some sugar.

Added some oranges and boiled it to make Marmalade.

All the ingredients in the pot to make Lemon Curd.

All stirred and boiled to thicken the mixture.

Happy Birthday

We have a run of Birthday's at the end of July and early August. A few photos of my lovely Mum celebrating her 83rd birthday. Oops that should have been 21st birthday 😏

Last week we had an early start to get to Scottsdale for 6.00am and a return trip for 5.00pm. Busy busy day. Way too dark to take photos on the way there, until we got to Bridport when the beautiful sunrise glowed red.

A Day at the Soccer

We were privileged to be invited to the new Riverside Soccer club rooms opening where Olivia plays and coaches soccer and Crystal takes the official photos of the teams.

Dante's 9th birthday party

We spent a lovely afternoon watching the children running around at Dante's 9th birthday party. Batman made a surprise appearance which was fun for young and old.

Tamar Island

We spent a couple of hours just wandering around Tamar Island, it was a lovely sunny winter afternoon, too nice to be inside, so we went for a little drive.
