Easter Monday or Good Monday (as Sharni referred to it the other day) We took a trip to Devonport to have breakfast at the Harbour Master Cafe. As it had rained most of the weekend, it was nice to see the sun shining so we took a little trip to get some breakfast.
The sun was shining and the river was all sparkling as we left home at 7.45am.
Looks like fog in the distance.
There was heavy fog for a short distance.
Then the sun came out again.
It was cool in the shady sections of road.
And a bit breezy on the open sections of countryside.
Sun shining on the paddock.
The Franklin Rivulet.

My cappuccino.
I had fried chicken with waffles and Richard ordered the chilli scrambled eggs.
The Harbourmaster Cafe was really busy.

The Mersey River and out to sea.
The Goliath Cement ship at the silos.
We stopped for a browse in the Antiques Emporium.
Just leaving Devonport heading home.

We had a lovely time in Devonport for breakfast, home for
lunchtime but we are still too full from our hearty breakfast.
