A Day at the Races - Symmons Plains Raceway

We spent a totally amazing day at Symmons Plains to see the Australian Touring Cars race on Saturday for race number 7.  We were guests of Hino who sponsor the Irwin Racing Team.  Their team driver is Mark Frosty Winterbottom.

We started the day with a fast lap around the race track in the Safety Car at up to 160 kph.

We had a tour of the Irwin garage.

The Team Manager Charlie Schwerkolt gave us a tour around and explained how things work.
