Sunny day for a Spyder ride.

It was a warm sunny Saturday morning, quite a change from our wintery weather, so we took to opportunity to take the Spyder out of hibernation and have a lovely ride down to Greens Beach and back through to the York Town historic settlement.

Some of the yachts at Beauty Point on the Tamar River.

Country road through to Greens Beach.

Beware of the Tasmanian Devils.

There was lots of seaweed at Greens Beach.

A view of the Low Head lighthouse across the river.

A big ship on the horizon.

Old Cyprus Pines along the side of the road near Greens Beach.

A good doer upper.

We stopped at York Town as it's been a long time since we were there last.

Part of the monument for York Town.

The only painting of York Town in it's heyday.

Plan of York Town when it was a town.

Along the track to where York Town was.

A timber hut which is a representation of the type of houses built in York Town.

The sunshine through the trees.  It was a lovely day for a bike ride.
