Day 1 - Trip to South Australia - Travelling in Victoria.

We spent September travelling it was a lovely Spring month with lots of wonderful friends, food, wine and sights to see.  Travelling on our Spyder with it's little trailer was so easy to get around expect for the massive amounts of potholes in Victoria, I had to hold on tight as we swerved to miss them.

Waiting to board the Spirit for our holiday adventure.

Going on board.

The man from Hillwood Distillery.  We had a taste test.

The amazing sunrise after disembarking.

There were fields of golden canola flowers everywhere.

More canola fields.

We stopped at the Meredith Cafe for breakfast.

One of the many wind farms along the way.

Cluster letterboxes.

Hedge of wattle trees in bloom.

Sign post for Carngham.  Nearly at Linda and Tim's.

Follow us, we are going to the Linton House.

Keep up, this way.

The house at Linton.

Lovely dresser packed with blue and white.

Back on our way.  Off to Pomborneit.

Another windfarm in a  golden canola field.

Lake Weeranganuk?  Or one of the many others in that area.  It was huge.

The Big Yellow Shed in Pomborneit.  Our night's accommodation.
Thank you Harris and Denise for being so well looked after.

View of outside through the old bottles.

We had a busy day visiting with Linda and Tim in Carngham and Linton,
then to visit with Harris and Denise in Pomborneit.  It was really great
to catch up with our friends along the way.
