It was a lovely sunny day today, with the weather getting to 23oC, so it's starting to feel like Christmas. The sky was hazy with bushfire smoke from the 12 bushfires around the state today, although it didn't smell smoky.
As we were heading into Launceston,
the Tamar River Cruise boat was
sailing down the Tamar River.

There are four fires in the Launceston area.
Three are controlled burns and the other
is at Patersonia. The one at Dolphin Sands
currently had destroyed or damaged 19 homes.
