We had a lovely Australia Day BBQ on the Sunday, a day early, as that worked for everyone who could come for a visit. The day was lovely and hot for a Tassie summer day. The chocolate on the Tim Tams was all melty. Then on the holiday Monday, Richard and I went for a ride on the Spyder to Beauty Point a look around the gift shops at Seahorse World and the Platypus House then for iced coffee drinks.
You can't celebrate Australia Day without Fairy Bread.
