Day 25 - Heading back home

We spent the morning wandering around Nagambie and stopped for cappuccinos at the Nagambie Rowing Club.  We left Nagambie at 1.30pm with overcast skys threatening rain.  After all the amazing weather we had during our holiday, the heavens opened and we go a bit wet heading to the Spirit.  It's all good, it's only water.

The Water Tower in Nagambie.

We could see the rowing mural from across the lake at Nagambie.

So we went for coffees and a closer look at the mural.
It's a tribute to the rowing history.

As we were sitting enjoying our coffees this rowing scull went past.

Nagambie is the home of Black Caviar.
She ran 25 wins from 25 starts.

The three guitars that Steve has made.
The photo doesn't do them justice.

Bye guys.  So lovely to catch up.

Beware of the potholes.

It rained on and off until we go to the Spirit in Geelong.

Keep going straight.

Advertising for a new subdivision.

Sculptures on the way to Geelong.

On the right track to the Spirit of Tasmania.

We had to stop for the train to go past.

Found it.

Queuing to get on the Spirit of Tasmania.

Some of the motorbikes getting on too.

A nice drop of Frenchman's Cap Shiraz.

Sunny in Tasmania when we were disembarking.

Nearly home.

It was so cold with a frost on the back road.

Very cold - about 2oC

The frost had melted in the sunshine, but still cold in the shadows.

We stopped at Burt Munros for breakfast.
It was so amazing.
We didn't need to eat again until dinner time.
